Membership Classifications

Royal Oaks offers several membership classifications to fit your needs.

Full Golf Membership (Proprietary)

Members and their families enjoy full club privileges including unlimited access to our magnificent 18 hole golf course, clubhouse and swimming facilities. Members also enjoy a no fee reciprocal with Fircrest, Awbrey Glen, Walla Walla Country Club, SpurWing and Spokane Country Club. The equity refund value is 25% of the current posted selling price of the membership. Ability to transfer membership to immediate family.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is a full golf membership, available to bona fide businesses and corporations who can benefit from the transferability of such memberships. Designated Corporate member and their families enjoy full golf clubhouse privileges. The use of the membership may be transferred to another designated employee upon the following conditions:

Intermediate Membership

Intermediate Memberships may be owned by members who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of application for membership. The Intermediate member will pay half dues until the age of thirty-five (35) at which time the membership will be converted to a Proprietary (Full Golf) status and will pay dues accordingly. An Intermediate Membership shall enjoy full club privileges and access to the golf course. Intermediate Membership has full golfing privileges at Awbrey Glen, Walla Walla Country Club, Fircrest, SpurWing and Spokane Country club.

Social Membership

Members and their family enjoy full privileges of the clubhouse, swimming facilities and all social events. Social Members may upgrade at any time to full golf membership.

Social with Golf Membership

This category includes all social amenities, pool, and exercise room plus one round of golf per person per month. The dues are 50% of the full proprietary amount. Practice facilities are limited to the day of play. Each Social with Golf member can bring one guest per month, green fee required. Play is limited to week days and after 2:00 on weekends except November 1st – March 31st when weekend play has no restrictions. Additional rounds may be played November 1st – March 31st for a green fee. There will be a limit of 50 Social with Golf memberships. Social members shall not have the right to hold office or vote on club affairs. This category can transfer to a proprietary membership subject to guidelines established by the Board of Directors.

Social with Golf members as it pertains to 2-Ball play - Social with Golf members can call after 8:30am on the day of play, limited to once a month, and can invite one guest per member. Addition 2-Ball rounds can be played as an invited guest of another golfing member.

Golf Waiting List

The membership at Royal Oaks Country Club is limited to 505 golfing members. If you apply for golfing membership and the golfing membership is full the following conditions will be in effect:

1) Each person approved for membership will be placed on the golf waiting list. If two or more persons are placed on the list in the same month, their names shall be placed in the order in which their respective applications were received by the Club.

2) While on the golf waiting list you will be entitled to three rounds of golf per month for member & spouse, some restrictions apply. Participation in the Summer Wednesday Two Ball events, some restrictions apply. Full use of the practice facilities and full access to the clubhouse and swimming facilities. Dues are 50% of the Proprietary dues while you are in this category.
